JOB FUNCTIONS

·Organization and facilitation of FMEA Workshops

·Lead development of System and Design FMEAs for advanced electronic modules in automotive industry consisting of electronics, mechanical and software components

·Responsible for creating and adapting the standard FMEA to customer projects

·Coordination across interdisciplinary teams (testing, engineering, quality, operations, etc)

·Tracking FMEA and updating FMEA timelines together with the project team

·Moderate the transition of Design FMEA to PFMEA at the production plants and establishment of significant characteristics

·Review and acceptance of Supplier FMEA

·Customer presentations, contact with customers (OEMs) and the developers in multinational environment ·Documentation of project-specific application results and presentation to the management and customers

·Optimization, adaptation, and implementation of the methods mentioned in moderation into daily business ·Develop and Conduct user training for FMEA related topics

·Review internal corporate requirements and needs for optimization of operation

·Support the transition to AIAG & VDA Design FMEA guideline/requirement. Support in the application of methods in project work Regulations, policies and commitments

·Adherence of all relevant company procedures, process models and systems.

·Complies with the requirements of Quality Operating System (QOS)

 

Practical Knowledge

·FMEA Development – System or Product FMEA

·FMEA Moderation experience

·Advanced skills in Quality Methods (e.g. 8D, Ishikawa, etc.)

 

Technical Knowledge

·Well versed with AIAG Design FMEA 4th Edition and AIAG & VDA Design FMEA Requirement.

·Experience presentation and moderation techniques

·Basic in ISO TS 16949 Standard.

·Basic in VDA 6.3 Standard.

·Knowledge of APQP. ·Advanced skills in APIS FMEA Software

·Basic in Requirements, Configuration Management

·Basic skills in project management. ·Advanced skills in performing Reviews.

·Excellent knowledge in effective quality standards within the automotive industry

·Advanced skills in Quality Methods. (E.g. 8D, Ishikawa, etc.)

 

Computer Skills

·Comprehensive knowledge MS Office package and Statistics tools.

·Advanced knowledge in FMEA Tools (e.g. APIS-IQ etc.) Basic knowledge of Configuration Mgmt. System and Document Mgmt. Systems Language/Communication

 

Language/Communication

·Advanced knowledge English (speak & write)
